About Me
Hi, I'm Lindsay.
I'm a CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and founder of Nutritional Cove, supporting individuals across Canada through personalised online nutrition and lifestyle consultations.
Originally from the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and now based in Etobicoke, Toronto, I work with people seeking a clearer, more informed approach to their health and wellbeing. Whether you're looking to improve energy levels, digestive comfort or stress resilience — or a specific health concern — recommendations are tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and circumstances.
My approach is evidence-informed, practical, and collaborative. Together, we explore the nutritional and lifestyle factors that may be influencing your wellbeing and develop realistic strategies that feel manageable within everyday life.
My aim is to provide clear, personalised guidance that helps you make sustainable changes and feel more confident in supporting your long-term health.
While my practice is rooted in Etobicoke, I serve clients virtually across all of Canada.
My Journey
Before entering the field of nutritional therapy, I worked in environmental and quality management across Canada, the UK, and Qatar. Those roles fostered a systems-based way of thinking and reinforced the importance of understanding how different factors interact to influence long-term outcomes.
During that time, I also experienced my own health challenges, including chronic stress, low energy, and digestive discomfort. As I sought support and explored different approaches to health and wellbeing, I became increasingly interested in the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health.
What began as a personal interest eventually inspired a career change and led me to retrain in personalised nutrition, with studies spanning pathophysiological reasoning, functional nutrition, and psycho-neuro-immunology.
Today, my own experiences, combined with my professional background, continue to shape how I work with clients — taking a broad, individualized view of health and helping people make practical, sustainable changes that fit within their everyday lives.
My Approach
My training in nutritional therapy and personalised nutrition is supported by a strong foundation in pathophysiology and biochemistry.
I combine evidence-informed nutrition with a systems-based approach, recognising that many factors can influence how we feel and function.
I focus on guidance that feels realistic and sustainable — feeling well, not perfect.

Important Note on Scope
Nutritional therapy works alongside — not instead of — conventional healthcare. It is an evidence-informed approach that uses nutrition and lifestyle to support your body's own regulation and resilience.
I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.
If you are experiencing new or concerning symptoms, please seek medical assessment from an appropriate healthcare professional.
If you have a diagnosed medical condition or take prescribed medication, please keep your healthcare professional informed of any significant dietary or supplement changes discussed during our work together.
Work With Me
If you're ready to take a more structured, personalised approach to your health and wellbeing, I'd be happy to support you.
Your Privacy Matters
